1. Overview
340B Auditor, operated by ANZLabsAI LLC, uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. Most are strictly necessary to run the Service. One category — anonymous product analytics — is optional and only active if you choose "Accept all". We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics or advertising scripts are loaded.
2. Strictly necessary
These are required for sign-in, security and remembering your choices. They cannot be turned off.
| Item | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session (sb-…-auth-token, browser storage) | Keeps you signed in and protects your account. | Until you sign out; refreshed automatically while active. |
| Cookie choice (audit_cookie_consent, browser storage) | Remembers whether you accepted or declined optional analytics. | Until you change it or clear your browser data. |
| Sidebar layout (sidebar_state, cookie) | Remembers whether the in-app side menu is open. | 7 days. |
| Screener / onboarding progress (presale_guest_session_id, browser storage) | Links an anonymous eligibility screener to your signup so answers aren't lost. | Removed once signup completes, or until you clear browser data. |
| Interface preferences (e.g. dismissed banners, guide progress, entity type, assistant auto-open) | Remembers display choices you made. | Until you clear browser data. |
| Temporary hand-off (session storage, e.g. Risk Lens signal, one-time notices) | Carries context between pages during one visit. | Deleted when the browser tab closes. |
3. Optional analytics
If you choose "Accept all", the app records anonymous product-usage events (for example, "report download requested" or "sample review completed") with non-identifying context such as module name and duration. Events are filtered to exclude PHI and personal identifiers, are sent only to our own servers, and set no additional cookies. If you choose "Necessary only", or make no choice, no analytics events are sent.
4. Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time: . You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser, which resets all items above (and signs you out).
